Join Véronique from Taming the Walrus, for a class focusing on ankles and feet for better balance.
Ankle and foot strength are vital for balance because they help stabilise the body and adjust to uneven surfaces, reducing the risk of falls. Strengthening these areas can improve gait and provide a stronger foundation, helping to maintain balance and prevent instability.
This class is open to all, and Véronique will offer both mat and chair options.
Please have a soft belt or elastic band ready.

We are welcoming back Brett Drummond from MStranslate, who will be sharing his key takeaways from the recent ECTRIMS 2024 conference, the world’s largest conference on MS research and treatment, attended by over 9000 professionals including researchers, clinicians and healthcare professionals from around the globe.
Brett will be joined by Overcoming MS Chief Executive Alex Holden, along with Facilitator Dr Phil Startin who both attended the conference in September 2024. They will be sharing their insights from the conference as well as discussing the poster presentation on “The role of uncertainty in symptom management and maintenance: a biopsychosocial pathway”.
The panel will also be discussing the latest updates from the MS Brain Health report, emphasising the importance of lifestyle choices alongside medication in managing MS holistically, as well as giving recommendations for lifestyle behaviours that support the evidence-based Overcoming MS Program.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions during the webinar by emailing [email protected] by 28th November.
