Every day, 300 people across the world are diagnosed with MS. This January, we’re asking you to join us and raise money with the 300 Challenge – your challenge, your way.
We know that everyone’s MS is different. That’s why we’ve designed the 300 Challenge so everyone can take part with a challenge that stretches you, in a way that best suits your abilities and your interests. Choose your own goal, whether it’s knitting 3 jumpers, walking 30 minutes a day or 300 squats throughout the month. Check out some of our challenge ideas below or come up with your own! And if you raise £300 or more, you’ll receive a well-deserved Overcoming MS medal.
The money you raise through the 300 Challenge will help us reach the 300 people across the world who are diagnosed with MS, every day. By reaching newly diagnosed people earlier, we can bring hope to more people, giving them the information and support to live well with MS.
Everyone who raises £300 or more will receive a well-deserved medal in the post.
Here are some great ideas you could use for your challenge to raise money. If you’re taking on a different challenge, we’d love to know about it!
