- 4 apples peeled, cored and diced
- blackberries handful
- 50 g oats
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp mixed spice
Instructions
- Simmer the apples with the mixed spice in a little water until soft, add the blackberries
- Mix together the oats, honey and cinnamon. Bake at 150•c until a lightbrown (about 10 minutes), mixing halfway through
- Serve the fruit and oats together with dairy free custard or soya cream
