- 1 banana
- handful of frozen berries , or other fruit
- 2 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp flaked almonds
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup oat milk , or other dairy free milk
- water and ice cubes, as needed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blitz until smooth.
- If it’s too thick, add some cold water and blend again, keep adding small amounts of water until you get your favourite consistency.
- Pour into a glass and if you want to, top with ice!
