- 3-4 medium carrots (chopped)
- 2 stems ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
- 0.3 cup tahini
- 0.5 medium lemon (to extract juice)
- 1 pinch herb salt
Instructions
- Take carrots, ginger and garlic and steam over water until soft.
- Blend softened vegetables with tahini, lemon juice and herb salt. Enjoy!
