Carrot Butter

Ingredients List

Serves 1
  • 3-4 medium carrots (chopped)
  • 2 stems ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
  • 0.3 cup tahini
  • 0.5 medium lemon (to extract juice)
  • 1 pinch herb salt

Instructions

  1. Take carrots, ginger and garlic and steam over water until soft.
  2. Blend softened vegetables with tahini, lemon juice and herb salt. Enjoy!
