Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
When ready to serve, spoon into dessert glasses/bowls.

Optional extras:
add 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon to the mix
add the finely grated zest of an orange to the mix
serve with fresh or frozen berries, cherries, banana slices, orange segments, toasted flaked almonds or chopped nuts or a spoonful of plant-based yoghurt – the choice is yours!
