- 1 handful fresh curly kale (will shrink down by 75% when cooked)
- 1 tsb extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsb sea salt
Instructions
- Wash and prepare kale by removing central spine and tearing into pieces.
- Toss with EV olive oil and salt.
- Spread out on roasting pan.
- Bake at 180° C for 15 minutes, turning once.
