- 250 ml water
- 100 grams ground almonds grind whole almonds in a coffee grinder
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons tamari
- ¼ teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder check ingredients list
Instructions
- Mix everything together.
- Adjust the seasonings to taste and get dipping!
Notes
- Flavours will develop further overnight if you can wait a little longer.
- This is nice with carrot and celery sticks, or use it as a garnish for your vegetables.
- Should freeze OK, but might separate a little on thawing – just give it a stir.
- You can substitute tahari for soy sauce if you eat gluten.
