Curried Almond Dip

Adjust the seasonings to taste and get dipping. Flavours develop overnight if you can wait a little longer. Recipe kindly provided by Kaye.

Ingredients List

Serves 2
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 cup ground almonds (grind in a coffee grinder)
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp tamari
  • 0.25 tsp curry powder
  • 0.5 tsp vegetable stock powder (check the ingredients list)

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Adjust the seasonings to taste and get dipping

Flavours will develop further overnight if you can wait a little longer.

This is nice with carrot and celery sticks, or use it as a garnish for your vegetables. Should freeze OK, but might separate a little on thawing – just give it a stir.

You can substitute tahari for soy sauce if you eat gluten.
