Green Lentil Pate

Ingredients List

Serves 4
  • 200 g lentils green
  • vegetable stock cube
  • dried porcini mushrooms small handful


  1. Boil lentils with dried mushrooms and stock, taking the water to just over the lentils.
  2. Once cooked (water may need topping up), blend into a paste
  3. Then place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
