Healthy Fruit Paste

This fruit paste makes for a great alternative to sugar. For a different flavor note, try adding a pinch of spice such as cinnamon, or sea salt and a bit of fresh lemon juice. Based on an original recipe kindly sent in by Jack McNulty.
