Serves 4
- 2 tbsp almond butter Natural
- 1 pinch mint (fresh)
- 0.5 avocado Medium
- 2 tsp red pepper
- 2 tsp cucumber
Instructions
- Mash avocado with lemon juice.
- Deseed and chop the cucumber then dice the red pepper.
- Combine the avocado, cucumber, mint and pepper.
- Spread the natural almond butter on cracker thins first and then top with the rest of the ingredients.
