Peppermint Bars

These delicious no-bake Peppermint Bars are perfect to enjoy with an afternoon tea. This recipe is from our 2024 Ammerdown Retreat.

Time Approximately 5-10 minutes to prepare
Skill Level Easy

Ingredients List:

 

Serves 8
  • 250 g porridge oats
  • 45 g almonds
  • 45 g walnuts
  • 2-3 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 75 g soft brown sugar
  • 100 ml maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Blend the ingredients in a food processor until combined
  2. Press into an 8 inch lined tray
  3. Freeze then portion
