Ingredients List:
Serves 8
- 250 g porridge oats
- 45 g almonds
- 45 g walnuts
- 2-3 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 2 pinches of salt
- 75 g soft brown sugar
- 100 ml maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions:
- Blend the ingredients in a food processor until combined
- Press into an 8 inch lined tray
- Freeze then portion
