Ingredients List

Serves 1
  • 85 g non-dairy yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp mint
  • 1 lime juice only
  • 1 tbsp tahini


  1. Blend the yogurt, coriander, mint, lime and tahini together in a food processor until smooth 
  2. If you want to add a bit more texture, add some finely chopped cucumber and mint.
