- 1 tablespoon miso
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 4 tablespoons zucchini (grated) aka courgette
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon spring onion
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Grate zucchini, and chop tomatoes and spring onion. Crush Garlic.
- Put all the vegetables into a bowl. Add the miso and tahini. Blend.
- When you have reached the correct consistency, spread on corn/rice cracker thins.
