Getting comfortable for sleep – Guided meditation for children

A 15-minute meditation for children, for bedtime. Gentle encouragement for snuggling down, feeling cosy, getting relaxed and welcoming sweet dreams. Some reassurance and help with letting go of any worries and feeling good about the day that's been and the one to come when a good night's sleep has been enjoyed.

Alison Potts has had MS all her adult life and was diagnosed at a time when there were no medical treatments. The journey to discovering optimum self care and thriving has been the best she could have taken.
