Ingredients List



  1. Heat oven to 200° C.
  2. Coat friand tin or muffin tin with olive oil.
  3. Sift icing sugar and flour into bowl and mix in ground almonds.
  4. Lightly beat the egg whites then fold into mixture.
  5. Add olive oil and rind.
  6. Three quarter fill moulds.
  7. Bake on middle shelf for 10 mins then turn around & bake another 5-10 mins.
  8. Leave in tin for five mins then remove.
