  1. Simmer the apples with the mixed spice in a little water until soft, add the blackberries
  2. Mix together the oats, honey and cinnamon. Bake at 150•c until a lightbrown (about 10 minutes), mixing halfway through
  3. Serve the fruit and oats together with dairy free custard or soya cream
