Baked Salmon in Maple Mustard Sauce

Ingredients List

 

Serves 2
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to season
  • 175 g salmon fillets (pin boned)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/gas 4).
  2. Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper.
  3. Place the salmon on the prepared tray.
  4. Mix the maple syrup, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl, then drizzle over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is lightly golden.
  6. Serve with rice and a salad or steamed vegetables.
