- Add all the ingredients, except for the cacao nibs to a blender.
- Process until thick and a dough forms.
- Taste the dough and add more sweet ingredients if needed.
- Transform the dough into a large bowl and use a spatula to fold in the cacao nibs.
- Keep in the fridge.
For these cookies to be OMS friendly we suggest choosing a good quality nut butter without additional oils. Enjoy nut butters in small amounts, so perhaps don't have too many cookies at once!
