Healthy steamed tofu with a chilli soy sauce.

Ingredients List for people
  1. Fill the base of a steamer with water and boil.
  2. Steam tofu for 5 - 7 mins.
  3. Drain the excess water.
  4. Transfer to serving plate and cover with finely sliced chilli and spring onions.
  5. Heat the soy sauce and hoisin sauce and pour the mixture over the tofu, drizzle with sesame oil and scatter with chilli, spring onion and coriander.

For a vegan alternative replace oyster sauce with hoisin or blackbean sauce.
