Chilli Soy Tofu

Healthy steamed tofu with a chilli soy sauce.
Ingredients List for people
Units:
- 500 g silken tofu
- 1 small red chilli
- 2 medium spring onions
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp coriander (fresh)
Instructions
- Fill the base of a steamer with water and boil.
- Steam tofu for 5 - 7 mins.
- Drain the excess water.
- Transfer to serving plate and cover with finely sliced chilli and spring onions.
- Heat the soy sauce and hoisin sauce and pour the mixture over the tofu, drizzle with sesame oil and scatter with chilli, spring onion and coriander.
