  1. Sieve plain flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda, add sugar and mix.
  2. Then add wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Grease a 20cm round tin with a little olive oil (extra virgin)
  4. Bake at 170° C for about 55 minutes.
  5. Keep testing as sometimes it takes a bit longer.
  6. It rises quite spectacularly in the tin.
