- Line your baking tray with grease proof paper and preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix in all the wet ingredients.
- Sieve all the dry ingredients together into a separate bowl, then stir in the oats.
- Blend in the wet ingredients slowly until you've got a sticky mass.
- Take out spoonfuls and flatten them onto the paper.
- Bake for 20 mins on 180-200° C. They're done as soon as they're golden around the edge.
