Ingredients List for people
Units:
- 200 g lentils green
- vegetable stock cube
- dried porcini mushrooms small handful
Instructions
- Boil lentils with dried mushrooms and stock, taking the water to just over the lentils.
- Once cooked (water may need topping up), blend into a paste
- Then place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
