  1. Boil the potatoes until soft, drain and leave to one side
  2. Chop the mackerel into pieces and split between two plates
  3. Dice the apple and add to the plates 
  4. Sprinkle over the caper and chopped nuts
  5. Add the potatoes
  6. Make the dressing by combining the yogurt, horseradish and lemon juice. 
  7. Drizzle over your salad and enjoy!
