- 3 tbsp tamari
- 3 tbsp date paste or maple syrup
- 0.5 tbsp onion powder
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
- 1.5 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 pinch fresh herbs rosemary, oregano, chives (minced)
- 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground (to taste)

- Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl.
(Tip: use a jar with a lid to make the dressing by combining everything in the jar, fastening the lid and vigorously shaking to create an emulsion).
