These savoury biscuits are bread like in texture, similar to scones, and are rich with olive oil flavour.

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 Celsius 
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl. 
  3. Stir in the oil and milk until fully combined.
  4. Drop the mixture by the tablespoon full onto a baking tray. 
  5. Cook for 10 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.

I cooked mine at 400F (200C conversion). It made about 19 little mounds. I had to bake them for about 15-18 minutes to brown. Mine don't look like the picture but this recipe was easy enough and they taste great! Thanks!
