Ingredients List for people

Makes 5 medium size cookies OR 4 larger cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a baking tray (if necessary)
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl – it should be a sort of slightly wet, dough like consistency
  3. Split the dough into 4 or 5 pieces (depending on what you want) and roll them into balls, placing them onto your baking tray
  4. Flatten and then mould the dough into the shape you want – rounds are probably easiest!
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for about 5 – 6 minutes
  6. Cool until firm (this takes a few minutes if you eat them warm)
  7. Best eaten on the day they are made as there are so few of them!

Really lovely and easy to make with children. Only thing I would say is they can be a little fragile when taking out of the oven onto the cooling rack however who cares about the shape when they really hit the sweet spot :-)

These are great to make with my kids. Taste great and defo hit the spot if you are craving sweet stuff.


These are delicious! Even better if you up the sugar to 2.5 tablespoons (light brown), milk up to 1.5 tablespoons and throw in half a tablespoon of milled flaxseeds!
