- 200 grams almond meal
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 0.25 cup plain flour
- 2 medium egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp orange rind (finely grated)
- 0.25 cup flaked almonds

- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Place almond meal, sugar, flour, egg whites, vanilla essence and orange rind in bowl and mix until well combined.
- Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on baking trays lined with baking paper.
- Flatten slightly.
- Top with flaked almonds.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
