  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Place almond meal, sugar, flour, egg whites, vanilla essence and orange rind in bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on baking trays lined with baking paper.
  4. Flatten slightly.
  5. Top with flaked almonds.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
