Soft baked banana power bars

Tasty banana, fruit and nut bars with oats.

Ingredients List

 

Serves 1
  • 2 bananas - large & ripe
  • 0.5 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 cup oats
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 - 2 cups dried fruit of choice dried fruit of choice (1212)
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Place mixture on greased baking sheet and pat down, forming into rough bars until they are somewhat flat.
  4. Bake for about 20 – 30 minutes, depending on whether you would like soft or crispy bars.
