Soft baked banana power bars

Snacks & Energy Bars

Tasty banana, fruit and nut bars with oats.

Ingredients List for people
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Place mixture on greased baking sheet and pat down, forming into rough bars until they are somewhat flat.
  4. Bake for about 20 - 30 minutes, depending on whether you would like soft or crispy bars.
