- 2 bananas - large & ripe
- half cup non-dairy milk
- 2 cup oats
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- half tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 - 2 cups dried fruit of choice or chopped nuts
- pinch salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Place mixture on greased baking sheet and pat down, forming into rough bars until they are somewhat flat.
- Bake for about 20 - 30 minutes, depending on whether you would like soft or crispy bars.
