There will be one live movement-based class a week, starting from March 9th, on Wednesday's at 6pm GMT. Each month there will be four classes which will alternate between Gretchen and Patricia and will focus on a set theme to help attendees see progression across the month.
Bios:
Dr Gretchen Hawley PT, DPT, MSCS
Dr Gretchen Hawley is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist. After graduating from Simmons University in Boston, she developed a Multiple Sclerosis program alongside two of the city's top MS neurologists. Gretchen utilizes the concept of neuroplasticity to improve strength, balance and walking in those with MS by using specific, functional exercises. Gretchen brings a keen understanding of the challenges faced by people living with MS and has developed her own virtual physical therapy program to help people improve their MS symptoms while in the comfort of their own home and guided by an MS specialist.

Patricia Hawley, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT2000)
Patricia began practicing yoga in 1998 as a way to find some balance in her busy life. A strong proponent in "yoga for every body", Patricia uses a blend of functional movement and traditional asana to empower students to honor the integrity of their own bodies. Patricia will teach a seated Gentle Flow yoga class that focuses on functional movement as well as a breathing and meditation class. These classes will be suitable for all ability levels.
Patricia studied anatomy and functional movement with various instructors and is a Yoga Detour certified instructor. She is certified to teach yoga to people with Multiple Sclerosis through the MS Society.
