Serves 5
- 5 avocados
- 1 splash of almond or oat milk
- 5 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons of orange extract or to taste
- 150 ml maple syrup
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend the avocado in a food processor until completely smooth. If needed, add a splash of oat or almond milk to loosen.
- Whilst continuously blending, add the rest of the ingredients until you have a silky, smooth, thick mixture.
- Finally pipe into a ramekin of your choice and refrigerate overnight before serving.
