Serves 2
- 50 ml mango paste
- 0.75 cup mango (fresh, diced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (fresh, minced)
- 1 tsp chili pepper red (fresh, seeded and minced)
- 2 tbsps red onion (or shallot, diced, small)
- 2 tbsps coriander (fresh, coarsely chopped)
- 1 medium lime (juiced)
Instructions
- Prepare the Mango Paste and place in small bowl or buy ready made paste or pulp.
- To prepare the chutney: add mango, ginger, chilies, onion, coriander and lime juice in a bowl and combine well.
- Store in a sealed container.
Notes
- This chutney is excellent paired with flatbread and Indian dishes
- Why not try it out with a salmon or vegetable burger.
- Mango Chutney will keep for one week in the refrigerator.
