Rice Pudding

A familiar favorite for many, this recipe is well worth a try.

Serves 2
  • 1.5 cups brown rice
  • 1 cup  soy milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch cinnamon (and to dust when served)


  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Remember brown rice takes quite a lot longer.
  3. Add the soy milk and heat until boiling stirring constantly.
  4. Add the raisins, honey and cinnamon when the mixture has thickened.
  5. Serve and dust with cinnamon.
