- 1.5 cups brown rice
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 0.5 cup raisins
- 0.5 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 pinch cinnamon (and to dust when served)
Instructions
- Cook the rice.
- Remember brown rice takes quite a lot longer.
- Add the soy milk and heat until boiling stirring constantly.
- Add the raisins, honey and cinnamon when the mixture has thickened.
- Serve and dust with cinnamon.
