A free, online self-guided course in the Live Well Hub (our free app). Designed by people living with MS, to help you make practical, lasting lifestyle changes, at your own pace. With step by step guides, expert videos and community support, you’ll build confidence and healthier habits.

In-person Retreats

Retreats begin with eight online sessions led by qualified experts living with MS, followed by a three-day immersive residential. This blend of guidance, learning and practical workshops takes place in a supportive community of people who truly understand life with MS.
